1. VAT
   A 10% vat will be added to the domestic advertiser. All rates quoted in this rate card are exclusive of vat. If advertisers pay in foreign currency from overseas, 10% vat will not be charged.
   
   
2. Commission
   A commission of 15% on the gross invoiced amounts is allowed to recognized agencies / agents.
   
   
3. Invoices are issued on or about the insertion date
   Payment has to be made in advance, 5 working days before the insertion date.
   
   
4. For Bank Transfer
   Payment can be made also by a credit card(Visa or MasterCard).
